Telluride’s Local Source Network
Ben F. Jackson, IV – I first visited Telluride in the winter of 1989 and got to ski Bushwacker before it was cleared, loved that. I moved to Telluride in1990 and opened Freewheelin’ Bike & Board. From bikes and boards I moved on to real estate by purchasing and developing the north section of the Town of Ridgway. I have extensive expertise in Telluride and surrounding area markets with numerous projects in Telluride and a solid 16 year history of bringing Buyers and Sellers together to achieve their own appreciation of Telluride. Raising two boys, Zane 14 and Frank 10, in Telluride has renewed my appreciation for what I have served in many volunteer positions in giving back to the community most recently being the President of the Rotary Club of Telluride. Telluride as a community offers – some of the State’s top public schools, world-class library, amazing after school programs and a real community they can grow up in confidentially. Telluride and the surrounding area continues to put me in awe, the sunsets, powder days, trips to Moab for rocking climbing and river rafting, fishing on the Dolores and San Juan Rivers, mountain biking Mill Creek, water skiing/wake boarding Ridgway Reservoir and Miramonte Reservoir. Do not hesitate to call me about exploring Telluride either for a lifestyle change or investment or both!
